It's a QWERTY touchscreen like the iphone/ipod touch, it doesn't have an actual keyboard. It's really nothing more than a larger iphone and there's much better Windows based alternatives for tablet PCs.
The fact that for some stupid reason Apple refuses to support flash based web sites. So there for you have to use an app to view anything remotely flash based.

I don't doubt there's better hardware, or hardware with more consumer friendly features (like a mem card slot). But nothing "Windows based" is going to be better than ... well, than anything. Palm Pilots from 2001 beat the snot out of a windows device.
