I would love to get a 4x4 rc truck, but I already have 4 airplanes and a helicopter. I think a truck would be a lot of fun in the winter when it is too cold and rainy to fly. Although helicopters can be fun inside too. A co-worker built a t-maxx by buying all the parts separate at places like ebay and said it came out quite a bit cheaper.

Like jeep I had an E-maxx I had it pimped out too. I put on extended swing arms aftermarket alum oil shocks it had alum bumper and full alum skid plates. 4 bodies 8 sets of batteries and 2 chargers. I had upgraded the servos and got bigger motors. I had well over $1k in that thing when I sold it for $700......

Bought my youngest son and I a pair of Exceed 1/10th crawlers for Christmas. Buy cheap -- buy twice, now awaiting back ordered upgrade axles to replace the oem parts we broke in the first 15 minutes of use..
