I live in Cookeville and love it here! It is a great town. It has most of the aspects you would want in a larger city such as food and shopping, but doesn't have the traffic congestion or anything like that. I also love that the people in this area are very friendly and it's easy to get plugged in.
I have a 3 bedroom/ 3 full bathroom house with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, finished basement, 2 car garage, and located in town right beside Tennessee Tech that the current family renting will be moving out of shortly if you are interested.
