Camping

Looking for some info on camping in Alpine. I usually stay in Ft Davis at the state park but it is currently closed due to the wildfires. I have a class to attend in a couple weeks in Alpine and would like a place to pitch a tent for a night or two. Doesn't have to be fancy but a shower would be nice, for everyone else not necessarily me. LOL. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Cody

Left in the sun or the trunk of a car in the sun you'll have warm water for a shower. You shower late rather than early.
