Redbud Cafe Blanco, Texas

We ate the Blanco Cafe today on our way to Burnet. Was really impressed by it. Blanco is a small town so I expected mediocre sandwiches but both the Chicken Salad and French Drip were amazing. A lot of favors and textures in the chicken salad, not bland at all. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice place.

Good to know...I usually drive very slowly through there on my way to JC to see family. SWMBO always needs to know someone else has recommended a place before she'll venture.
