West is my hometown! Located between Hillsboro and Waco, BEST kolaches around, mmm. You can stop off if passing through (we are right of IH 35 which is normally a stand still during this time of year).

I have great memories of stopping through West on our way to Del Rio when I was a kid... mmmm....Kolaches
