Cooper's was one of the best but they have gone WAY downhill.

The last 3 times I have eaten there (over the last 2 years) the meat was either very fatty or very very dry. I have eaten there several times over the years and have always been impressed.

I didn't specify. I'm sure that they would give you some of the better or juicier cuts if you asked.

Most of those places work like butcher shops, and are more than happy to accommodate.
