It's the home of Jeep!!! I really wish they wouldn't have torn down the old Jeep factories on Jeep Parkway!

Going to make another FB post and also post this elsewhere on the many other local forums I frequent, to let people know to request it be added.

Yeah...we're up here in the NW, but we seem to be the "Forgotten City" in Ohio. I'm hoping that changes, as, we have a TON of things to offer. Just need better advertising from our local businesses/city leaders, I think.

JORDANTJ02.....Our club is still waiting on word from the city/Jeep/Blade newspapaper about the possibility of turning the old Willys Overland site into an urban Jeeping playground, as mentioned in a Toledo Blade article a while back. Our club had offered any help we could possibly give to make this happen, but, as yet have not been contacted by anyone.

Call the city offices and/or the Blade and ask them if this is still in the works. Maybe if they hear that there is interest from outside the Toledo area, they will get MOVING on this idea!!

You also forgot the Walleye Fishing, and open water lake fishing available in Lake Erie.

Shopping for the Wommen folk at Levis Commons, and the "new" Fallen Timbers outdoor mall.

I live 30 miles west of Toledo, but go over about every weekend for shopping, eating out, and hitting the cigar shops. And make the run to Bass Pro Shops as often as I can afford!
