During a move from an apt. across the street to where I live now we stored a Venturi exercise machine in a laundry room. It vanished.

Weird part is it weighed over 100 lbs. and wasn't the sort of loot meth heads look for.

I just brought my bike in for a tune up. It's got well over 10K on the clock and still rides like new, but needs a little attention

Think I might start using it to commute to work again and save the wear and tear on the Jeep.

very nice ride and you should use it during the mild months.

Aging is filled with stuff no one warned you about. One day you will notice you're eating the same or less but gaining weight. That's your metabolism heading for the clubhouse. Now you can gain weight just by looking at food.

10K on a bike means you had good habits so just get them back. It's easier now than doing this stuff later.

I had a very productive Saturday and today could have been equally productive but I still have that lactic acid ache from Saturday. Then I watch my mid-fortyish neighbor run stairs like a kid after moving all day,. He runs marathons. This is useful if you want an active life later on.

I do not know Alex … different people have different criteria for a nice bike … I only can say about my one … 1999 when I bought the bike on the photo its price was 100 USA $ - it was my month salary. To buy it, I sold my old primitive bike and stopped smoking & coffee (the last was very very nice – I still do not smoke)… So, after 3 months I had money for it.
The bike was 15 kilos, it needed new tires each 5-6 000 kilometers, the chain and gears – at 24 000 kilometers, bearings – each 1500 kilometers, rear hub – 18 000 kilometers, pedals – 7-8000 km … but in the end plastic deformations in the places where the rear axes is attaching to the frame appeared and to use such a bike become dangerous. For me it was a nice bike … My next bike was 80 EURO, my new one has the same features, only the price is a little higher – 120EURO because of the inflation. It is very comfortable for me because of its large frame – XXXL – very nice for me.
Now I see here there is each kind of bikes … the price of some of them is 1200 EURO even more, but I am sure, such bikes will refuse to go up the hills without rotating pedals hardly …
My second bike is below ...
