For me this is next to impossible to figure out, considering I travel for work. US, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, all of western and eastern Europe, more than half of Africa and a fair amount of the middle east. Currently in South Africa for the past month, but finally get to leave here and head up to Finland in 2 days.
Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Barbados, Antigua, and since I live in Canada I've also been to the USA
Almost forgot England.
