Go the other way: keep an eye on CL yourself. I've seen a couple guys in the Tucson and Phoenix CL auto parts listings that periodically make posts that they do bumpers and tire carriers and whatnot. I almost bought a winch plate from one of them but 4 Wheel Parts had one on the shelf and I had a coupon.
