Great Service at BrakeMax on 1st - Tucson, Arizona

I just wanted to pass on my good experience here. I will definitely be taking our cars back here for future service. I took my fiance's car in for rear brakes and unfortunately it needed a lot more, but the service manager was very helpful in showing me all of the other recommended service and I agreed with it all.

They offered to give me a ride home, but I chose to walk down to the mall and around the general area while I waited and several hours later the job was done.

One of the best touches that will keep me coming back is that I received a personal thank you note in the mail a week or so after from the owner including a 10% off coupon for my next service. Keep up the good work!

I would recommend avoiding them and other franchise places if at all possible. Let them do brakes, and only brakes. If something's not right - TAKE IT BACK IMMEDIATELY. Don't give them time for doubt. I speak from experience - my own and friends'. Do it yourself - it's not that hard and can save you money and lots of headaches.

I agree 99%. I would rather do the work myself so that you can learn how your vehicle works and how to fix things when it breaks. I did take my jeep to brakemax once to get the tranny flushed and was treated superbly plus 10% military discount.
