Landscaper and yard help?

I need some help with my yard, sprinkler valves are siezed, grass is dead and a couple of trees need cut back. Looking for recomendations on local small companies. I like to help out the little guys. as the bigger companies usually have contracts that'll carry them throughout the year. Any recomendations?

your in the desert now, stop watering and let it all die sorry as has been previoulsy noted I am a wise ***. I fully agree on using the small guys but cant help ya. plus the guys who put in my lawn/sprinklers stink LOL.
