Missing Tucson

Anyone out there missing Tucson! I grew up about 45 miles north of Tucson. We came to town every week! I loved that area, haven't been back in years.. Would love to get the Jeep out through those deserts!! SOMEDAY

I don't miss it all. See it every morning Monday thru Friday driving to work. The best sight is seeing it in my rear view mirror on the way home.

I miss it.

Grew up in Central IL, moved to Tucson for 3 years to live with my dying father, and moved back.

Graduated HS down there and made lots of great friends.

I'll be back!

I do miss it.

I lived there for about 7 years when I was a kid. I miss the smell after a rain and the beauty of the desert in Winter. Oh and the sunsets, man!

Don't miss the 110? and up but it was my home for a time!

Natively speaking

My mom was born here in 1933. I was born here, and have traveled to all but 3 states of our wonderful country. I still have yet to find a place that I would love to *live* more than here... although I did bail from the city about 10 years ago, and live up in Catalina (14 miles north of Tucson on Oracle Rd.). Why that pocket hasn't exploded, I do not know. I do drive a lot whenever I head into town (I have an '07 Toyota with 65,000mi), but I really enjoy looking up at the Milky Way at night, and having every desert animal imaginable visit our yard... :-)
