there appears to only be two attach points to the jeep.

compared to say:

Jeep JK 4 Door Sliders | Jeep JK Rocker Protection | Jeep JK Rocker Sliders | Jeep JK Rocker Armor | JK Rocker Knockers | Poison Spyder

i'd think if they were run on rocks heavily they wouldn't spread the force out enough. however those attach points are both frame instead of body, maybe that makes up the difference.

same tube size as poison spyder.

and at that price, even if they bend some, buy 3 pair and still less then poison spyder.

stay away from them. One of my first mods was something just like that. It mounts to the frame allright. You have to drill the holes and use self tapping bolts to install them. After only a week there was only one bolt holding one of the front mounts on. That would have not been a pretty sight if that thing had fallen off on the freeway. Plus they hang real low so that you can get hung up on rocks. Remember you get what you pay for. And what was the shipping on those things?

What about these if you are looking for something a little cheaper than Poison Spyder. Plus free shipping on anything over $119.00. That is something to keep in mind when ordering things. Go look at Northridge 4X4 they have free shipping on anything over $100.00.

Thanks guys. The two attachment points and price worries me too, and no way would I go self tapping, thats just nutso. Fine in metal frame construction, not so fine with vibration. Of course bolts are better than screws methinks. On their site ground shipping is 40, but I think amazon had it free. Still I could go with ACE for not much more, no drilling so they say. But I agree this may not be the place to be cheap. If I had a nickle for every hour I spend looking for cheap fixes I could afford something better......and I blame my wife for liking shopping too much. Now to go see what the replies on JKO were. I'll prolly get flamed. At least I think their ausie made not chinese. My main thing is I need a step to reach my tall rack

Thanks that's good info, and I'm guessing you have an appropriate no slip surface too
