New Years Eve in VT

Hello all, I am looking for a New Years eve idea. I live in Northern VT and I am not looking to drive to far. I normally do not go out on "Amature NIght" but I feel like I owe my wife a nice night out.

Thank you!

I'm with you on the owing the wife a nice night out. I might recommend Farmhouse tap and Grill in Burlington for dinner and ridiculously good, strong beers to get social lubrication going. Then a stroll down Church St to hit up a couple college bars and party like you are NOT getting to old! Good for the soul!

Not to highjack, but how about southern Vermont - Bennington area?

I am not sure where you are in Northern Vermont, but Montpelier has some interesting locales, including Sarducci's for dinner and perhaps later to the Three Penny Taproom (if you enjoy quality beer on tap).
