Volkswagen Mechanics in Rutland

I just picked up a VW bus in an auction, I want to restore it, but I'm running into issues. Is there Volkswagen specific mechanic in Rutland? I use a shop for my other cars, but I want someone who has restored buses to the original magnificence.

Before I bought my Jeep I was thinking of an old VW bus because they are also iconic vehicles and I like camping.
You may have to widen your search area if you want someone to do a full restoration, but I could be wrong.
thesamba.com may help you out a lot if you're into old VW's.
Cheers.

We have a guy in Keene 4 ever 4
I put myself through College buying, rebuilding and selling pre "67" bugs , ghia's and buses.
I lived in California and am not interested in any restoration from the East.
I have been thinking of trying my hand at restoring motorcycles though.

There's a Tech at Kinney VW/Audi named Bill Rollin. He's an older guy, and a Dali Lama when it comes to this older VW stuff. I don't know if does any side jobs but you could ask. I can't recommend Kinney as they are uber expensive.

They's also another guy, named Steve Cushing that works at Rutland Motor Cars (near Kinney) that was a VW tech. He does take on side jobs every now and then. I have no experience with Rutland Motor Car as a customer.
