I live and hunt in Giles co. Varmint hunting is my favorite, and most farmers around here are glad to let someone hunt groundhogs and coyotes on their land as much as you want.

I got to get out and find me a place to shoot some ground hogs.

I think I may try and go call yotes at the CF Phelps WMA this saturday.

I shoot groundhogs with a .17HMR. great little rifle and dead accurate. We also hunt deer and turkeys on our 1200 acre farm. The past two years we have been doing a lot of herd management just to get the smaller bucks and does out of the way. We have a damage permit almost every year so that helps. We are literally surrounded by Nature Conservancy and are overrun with deer that love to eat my pumpkins and soybeans. Nothing that the .300 Winmag can't handle though! : )
