Best places to visit in Washington?

I have lived in Washington my whole life, Made the trip back an fourth across the state many times as well as along parts of the coast. What places are there that you just have to visit and see in Washington? Me and my wife want to take a short trip this summer and I'm wanting to go somewhere new for the both of us.

There is a lot of great places to go. It depends in what you are looking for.

Lot of outdoor stuff on on public lands from hiking to 4 wheeling. Lots of view points. Camping.

A lot of wineries and breweries across the state.

Zoos. Northwest Trek is my favorite.

A lot of cool towns. Leavenworth is my favorite.

Cool drives. Yakima River Canyon, Chinook Pass, Mt. Rainer National Park are on my top 3 list.

A lot of Dams to see. Grand Coulee Dam has a light show.

There are a lot of cities that how events though out the year.

Hurricane Ridge and the Hoh Rainforest in the Olympic National Park.

Winthrop, in the Methow Valley area is also a fun little place.

I've had my eye on the Olympic Peninsula for some time. I have a friend in Seattle I used to camp & fish with so I'll draft him as a guide. There is really too much to see & do in OR & WA.(not complaining though)

Thanks! It sounds like eye candy plus!

If anyone from the state of Washington knows anything about rural healthcare I'm interested in locating a position for a surgeon. Just PM me if you know anything.

Thanks

I like the Gorge near Vanatge, WA - Driving between North Bend and Everett or Monroe on the back roads.

Then there is the Cascade Mountains... both sides.

Liberty, WA is a great place for a day trip during the summer as well.

Republic, WA, Ione, WA are all cool areas that most people don't visit.
