I'm up in Morgantown. Some of my favorites are
Mother India - Good american impression of Indian Food - Watch out, it's HOT
Kenyan Cafe - Lots of flavorful soups. Big surprise on how good it actually is.
Puglioni's - Classical italian.
Black Bear - Sandwiches in a wrap. Hippieville with live folk music most nights.

Tudor's in Morgantown. Good breakfast food... Have yet to try lunch or dinner but I can imagine it's good as well. Great prices as well.

Pies and Pints in Fayetteville is great!
Also Mario's Fishbowl in Morgantown, along with Puglioni's.
Padrino's in Beckley is really, really good too.
