I have been brewing for about 2 years. Currently use a 10 gallon all grain kit from Northern Brewer with some added features (plate chiller and some pumps). Also, started kegging about 2 months ago

This thread is looking great guys!

Let's try to make this a featured thread in Wisconsin, I know there are many of us that came to this site via HomeBrewTalk.com and know you guys have some great setups.

Even if you don't sport a shiny three tier system and maybe play around with extract kits, please post some fun brew day photos or pictures of your brews or kegerators, your favorite drinking vessel.

I brewed quite a bit in Germantown, WI but now I live most of the year in Alamo, TX. In Wisconsin my basement was the perfect fermentation temperature but here the temperature varies too much. Any solutions?

Bigspence - I've seen guys build temp controlled rooms...insulate the heck out of a room and mount a room air conditioner to keep the temp consistent-ish. You could also invest in a chest freezer and a temp controller...which has the side benefit of becoming your kegerator when not fermenting...

Madtown in the house. Gotta give love to Ale Asylum and the Hopalicious.
