Homebrewer here in Glendale. Just getting started in AG, but have been brewing Extract and partial mash for about 10 years. Harvest yeast, keg, and am really looking forward to try growing hops this coming spring. Hit me up if you want to brew, or just sample, sometime.
Been brewing since my oldest was a baby. He's 14 now. Right now I have a Wee Heavy in secondary and an Oatmeal Stout in Primary that I brewed yesterday. Oh, and I am drinking a brown ale as I type......
Home brewer from Iowa here. Looking for suggestions on breweries to tour in the southern end of Wisconsin. Basically anything south of Madison though I'd be willing to travel a little further north if it's on the west side. I've been to Capital, New Glarus, Sprecher, and a little place in Mineral Point (who's name is escaping me at the moment).
I live in Evansville too! Not sure if you go to any clubs - but I go to one in Janesville. It's the first Thursday of the month: Janesville Homebrewers in Janesville, WI
We should get together for a brew session after the holidays when things wind down a bit
Just started brewing this year in Chippewa Falls, just bottled batch #2 tonight. It's amazing how fast 5 gallons disappears! Lots of help from the local homebrew supply store Cap-n-Corks and the great people in the Chippewa Valley Better Beer Brewers club.
