I've been told that. Even though we are not considered the "Dairy State" anymore, we still have the best cheese.

We've been enjoying the J S cheese that is sold @ Woodmans.
Made in Wisconsin.
We especially like their sharp cheddar.

I live right in Kenosha, which is right near Mars Cheese Castle. It's been featured on the Food Network. I'd be happy to head down and pick up some cheese to ship out if anyone would really like to try it.

I live in Wisconsin near the Mars Cheese Castle also. Personally, I just don't get it. If you are a die-hard cheese lover though, they do have more variety than about anywhere else. All different types of horrible cheese

I live near kenosha. Woodmans and Mars Cheese Castle have the best cheese in bar none! My family has been getting it for years and years. I just drooled a little thinking about the cheese curds
