The Archibald Smith Plantation Home is an elegant house hiding amongst the bushes and trees of the historical part of the city of Roswell. It was owned by the Smith Family who used to have a total of 30 slaves in the past to work for their plantations. For about 150 years, the home and plantation remained as time changed and passed and now has been perfectly preserved.

It is a two story house with a farm that is complete with all the needed rooms and quarters for the slaves along with a carriage and spring house. There were three generations of their family who lived there and through time, the property has become a wonderful historical symbolism of what life was like back then in the region.
