There?s a big chance that you?ve ridden one of their airplanes. Now it?s your chance to visit their museum. The Delta Heritage Museum is an aviation museum that houses several aircrafts formerly owned by Delta Airlines, as well as other aircrafts of the yesteryears. It is housed inside two Delta Air Lines maintenance hangars that were operational during the 1940s. The museum is located at 1060 Delta Boulevard in Atlanta, Georgia.

This museum is a non-profit, non-government organization and museum that relies on services of volunteers and private donations. The museum?s exhibits are housed inside two hangars: Hangar 1 and Hangar 2. Hangar 1 houses a Lockheed L-1011 and the Monroe Caf?, a full-scale replica of the airline?s former Louisiana HQ. The Spirit of Delta is housed inside the Hangar 2. This is the company?s first Boeing 767-200 in 1982.
