The Tugaloo State Park is a state park and recreation area in Lavonia, Georgia. It is composed of 393 acres of area that is available for recreation.

Situated on the shores of Lake Hartwell, one of Tugaloo State Park’s main charms is its seclusion. It has over four hundred acres of area that is tucked away in a wooded peninsula, making it a favorite getaway among patrons who want some peace and quiet.

With Lake Hartwell being its top feature, the Tugaloo State Park also offers a great number of recreational opportunities. Camping is one of the most popular activities, although, if you want to stay for the night comfortably, there are also a number of cottages available at the site. The park also offers opportunities for fishig, hiking, boating, horseshoeing, canoeing, and miniature golfing.
