Big Sky Kauai operates a ?Two Aircraft? daily, so couples fly together simultaneously on their introductory flights. This daily adventure is tailored for everyone ? for the inexperienced as well as those already with flying experience.

Big Sky Kauai will provide hands-on lessons given by an FFA-certified flight instructor for those who still don?t know how to operate the aircraft. The introductory lesson will give you incomparable views of Waimea Canyon's rugged and colorful cliffs, the astonishing Napali coast, turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and the occasional dolphins, turtles and whales. This aircraft features tandem seating in which you, the co-pilot, sit in the rear and your FAA Certified flight instructor up front. Under the instructor?s supervision you will take the controls for a true hands-on adventure.

Big Sky Kauai also offers its guests the chance to experience the joys of flying a Powered Hang Glider, commonly know as a ?trike,? which is the simplest and possibly the safest aircraft ever built, thought it is now also the fastest growing form of powered sport aviation today.

Big Sky Kauai flies out of the ?Always Sunny? Port Allen Airport located on the west side of the island near Hanapepe Town. This location provides the most consistent weather and easiest flight access to the entire island.
