The Foster botanical Garden was built in 1853 ans is considered to be one of the most ancient garden in Hawaii. It was opened for public views and was claimed by the State of Honolulu to be a public garden in 1930.One of the main attractions of this garden is its Prehistoric Glen along with some ferns and cycads.

People will definitely enjoy different species of flowering and non flowering plants. In fact this garden is composed of different plants from all over the world.

The garden is open from 9 am to 4 pm everyday but is closed during holidays. The guided tour is included in admission and at times, there are some interpretative sessions available.
