North Shore gives the perfect wave for surfing competition like Super Bowl and Vans Triple Crown of Surfing. With its glassy winter waves, it attracts the best surfers around the world. Months between November and February are the greatest moment to watch the big waves and for the surfers to try thirty feet high waves to surf. In the summer, months from May to September are waves that are subsiding that are perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
