Hoodoo Valley Hoedowners
Our club graduated its first students in the
spring of 1990 and held its first Jamboree
in July of that year. A family-oriented
club, we encourage all persons from age 8
and up to participate in square and round
dancing. The dress code is generally less
formal in this rural environment than in
clubs in more heavily populated areas.
We square dance at the Mainstream and
Plus levels. Round dances are Phase II
and III. Our normal dance time is the third
Saturday of each month from October
through May with special dances and
festivals included in the annual schedule.
We travel to clubs in the Idaho Panhandle,
western Montana, and in the Spokane,
Washington region.
