The East Park Towers in the Hyde Park area is one of the several of hotel apartment buildings that were built around the park during the early to late 1920s. It has ten floors and is made of red bricks and terra cotta trimmings.

The most notable thing about the East Park Towers is that it is situated in an irregularly shaped lot, thus forcing its designer, William P. Doerr, to make the most out of the area. This is why it is U shaped and has angled corners on its primary wings.

Today, the East Park Towers still serve its initial purpose. The façade is filled with different shops while the upper and inner units are used as apartments.
