White Pines Forest State Park is a perfect place for family outings. Outdoor recreation activities are a plenty. This includes hiking, fishing, camping, picnicking and is a way to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In addition t all of these, four concrete sidewalks were constructed for visitors with disabilities.

Amidst all these natural surroundings, a modern lodge facility awaits the tourists and visitors. White Pines Forest Park has 103 camp sites. It has access to vehicles and has modern amenities of shower and flush toilets. March and April bring soft grounds and camp grounds are closed. Alcohol is banned all year round. Pets are allowed only if a certificate of rabies vaccination is presented.

Seven mark trails are available as routes. Three of them are les than a mile log. One gets to see vine-covered limestone bluffs, spring flowers in bloom ad whispering pines. Be sure you have yur skis during the snowy season. When weather permits, two trails are available for cross country skiing.
