The William G. Stratton State Park is a state park and recreation area in Morris, Illinois. It was established in 1959 and was named after the former Illinois Governor William Stratton who served in office from 1953 to 1961.

The William G. Stratton State Park was actually created for the purpose of boating. It was established in the late 1950s to provide boat access to the Illinois River, which is also why there are four public boat launching ramps at the site. The site is also home of a jet-ski landing area, allowing other water sports like water skiing and jet skiing at the park. Aside from these, visitors can also go fishing and picnicking at the site. There are also sixty one miles of trails at the site that allows biking, hiking, nature study, and snowmobiling (during the winter months).
