It features over 160-car executive parking garage, a world class broadcast platform, full-service conference center, fitness facilities, technology features and the tallest skydeck. The structure was accomplished back in 1973 and was designed by the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill for Sear, Roebuck & Company.
