The Potawatomi Zoo is a zoological park in South Bend, Indiana. It is a part of the Potawatomi Park.

Opened in 1902, the Potawatomi Zoo can pretty much claim that it has a good amount of experience when it comes to providing family fun. What started as the South Bend Zoo with only a modest duck pond for animal exhibit has grown to around 400 animals under its care today. It is also Indiana’s oldest zoo, and a part of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.

Aside from the animals, visitors of the Potawatomi Zoo can also enjoy the other attractions in the Potawatomi Park like the swimming pool, picnic area, tennis courts, softball diamond, and the Kid’s Kingdom Playground.
