The Highbanks Hall of Fame, which features the National Midget Auto Racing Museum relives the most exciting moments in the history of racing and highlights the tradition by displaying race cars and giving recognition to the personalities who have made it a part of the area?s culture and tradition.

The museum is in North Central Kansas, the area where this long lasting racing tradition continues each July.* The "Belleville Midget Nationals" happens every summer and it is now one of the biggest and richest midget races in the nation.*It is used by past, current and future racing stars as stepping stones to the top racing circuits in the country such as the Winston Cup and the IRL. The museum also contains another "National Midget Auto Racing Museum" to honor the greatest midget drivers in racing history.*The museum pays tribute to the popular track as well as the legends who contributed to make it what it is today.

The High Banks Hall of Fame committee members are mostly passionate about the sport and being so, they firmly believe that preservation of the racing heritage is important. The committee holds meetings in the new museum where anyone who is interested to help can join in.
