The Memorial Hall, located in downtown Kansas City, is a Veteran’s Memorial and a historic entertainment and events venue that now regularly serves as a venue for the performances of today’s most popular bands visiting Kansas City.

The structure is regularly upgraded but it retains its historical value through its untouched building remains. Aside from the two wings of offices on its 3rd floor, the reception hall, with a capacity of 500 people, can also be found on the same level. The lower level houses the main hall, which hosts concerts and large entertainment events. It is famous for holding performances by Madonna, Nirvana, Coldplay, and Elvis Presley. Other events hosted in the building are professional wrestling events and international mixed martial arts companies.

The building just celebrated its 85th anniversary through a year-long celebration in 2010.
