The Old Castle Museum is the very first house of the city of Baker in Kansas. It was first known to be called as The College Building since it really was the first one in the state. Now, as it stands and serves as a museum, it boasts of various artifacts from the early lifestyles in Kansas and the history of the entire city.

Beside it is where you can find the Kibbee Cabin which played a huge role in the creation of the now present Baker University where a group of young Methodist ministers once gathered up and made a college right in town. The cabin that you will see now on site is a replica but it is still considered as an important part of the history of Baker.
