The Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure is one of those great two-in-one attractions, this time offering visitors the chance to pay a zoo as well as a wildlife museum for the price of one. The zoo is currently home to 85 animal species, which include rare and common creatures ranging from orangutans to white camels. Tram rides for the zoo are offered during weekends and allow visitors to enjoy a narrated tour throughout the six-stop ride. Another special offering of the zoo is the giraffe feeding station, for which visitors would have to pay an additional fee to purchase food.

The museum, on the other hand, is a 64,000 sq. ft. educational area that includes the Hideaway Hollow Education Center named after Helen L. Graves and an immersion theater.

Once your tour of the museum and zoo is complete, make sure to stop over at the site?s Safari Station Gift Shop, which is made more interesting by its location. The gift shop is housed in what used to be a train depot of the Union Pacific. Meals can be enjoyed at the Overlook Restaurant.
