The Janice Mason Art Museum is primarily an art museum located in the main street of Cadiz, Kentucky. The art museum aims to preserve and show the beauty of the artworks from local artists.

The Janice Mason Art Museum or JMAM has also been known as a museum that firmly believes in giving educational chances for promising and talented artists from the State of Kentucky. To this extent the museum has partnered with nearby schools. The lessons that the museum gives is often related to the exhibits that are featured in the museum.

Special classes are also held in the museum. These art classes are guaranteed for all ages and are available all year round. These classes are supervised by professional artists, college professors and school teachers. The Janice Mason Art Museum also offers special scholarships for underprivileged students who show promise and talent with regards to art.

The classes that are featured in the Janice Mason Art Museum include tutorials for stained glass art, sewing baskets, moonprint making, acrylic painting, paper making, photography, metal jewelry making and basic realistic drawing.

Some of the notable and recurring exhibits in the Janice Mason Art Museum include the Bhutanese exhibit, an exhibit showcasing the works of Dick and Pat Wier as well as an exhibit featuring the works of art by Stephen Rolfe Powell.

The JMAM is open from Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00pm and on Sunday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Special group tours can be done in advanced. Members and students can come in for free while standard guests and visitors are required donations.
