The Jenny Wiley State Resort Park is a state resort park and recreation area in Prestonburg, Kentucky. It was originally known as the Dewey Lake State Park, in honor of Admiral George Dewey who is of the Spanish-American War fame. It was later renamed in honor of Virginia ?Jenny? Wiley, who was a legendary pioneer woman noted for her strength, enduring 11 months of being in captivity by Indians.

Established in 1954, the Jenny Wiley State Resort Park features the Dewey Lake, noted for having some of the most magnificent sceneries in the state of Kentucky. It is perfect for a wide range of recreational activities including camping, birding, biking, canoeing, boating, elk watching, fishing, hiking, golfing, picnicking, and swimming.
