The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is chosen to be one of the top 20 events of the Southeast Tourism Society for September of 2008. This festival celebrates the finest spirits in the capital of the world when it comes to Bourbon. It runs for five days that is made up of smooth Bourbon and great food.

It also assures everyone of amazing entertainment along with black tie gala events and a flower festival. It has numerous historical tours in the street of the ancient Bardstown along with other demonstrations, some golf tournaments and a horseshoe pitch. It is not entirely for the kids since it is bourbon that is the main focus on this event. But this could be just the perfect time to enjoy the night away.
