The Lincoln Homestead State Park is where you can find the original house of the mother of Lincoln along with other replicas like that of the blacksmith shop and cabin built way back in 1782. These are the places where his father learned making the trade. It is also where you will discover the house of the President’s uncle Mordecai Lincoln.

Everywhere around it is where you will find fences set at split rails and other pioneer furniture pieces that tell the story of the rugged life in the past. The main activities that visitors can do in the area would be to play gold in an 18 hole course and hold picnics with the family. It also holds a gift shop for souvenirs of the place.
