The Mammoth Cave Wildlife Museum enables visitors to see rare animals that can be found in Africa, India, and in big city zoos. The Museum features some of the greatest animals that exist on Earth. With almost 14,000 square feet of exhibition area, it houses rare and exotic animals like lions, tigers, leopards and snow leopards, bears, deer, ox, sheep, and many more.

Aside from these animals, the Museum, which was established in 1969, also showcases a variety of marine life, birds, insects, and other creatures representing a variety of species.

Visitors to the Museum will be able to walk through the exhibits that feature animals in their natural environments and habitats, making it not only the best in its area, but also the best in the whole southeast. It has become one of the well-loved attractions of kids because it gives them the opportunity to get close to the animals. The Museum also offers group tours as well as educational tours for school groups, clubs, scout troops, and other organizations.
