The Dunes Inc. of Forest Hill, now known as LA Dunes, is a recreational area found in Alexandria, Louisiana. The area has been landscaped to attract recreational racing fans and enthusiasts of different activities for all ages. Dunes Inc. of Forest Hill officially reopened complete with a change of name and a brand new manager. The manager, Joe Burns, renamed the area into LA Dunes and has also stated that there will be new improvements in the grounds together with changes in the facilities of the park.

The LA Dunes has a total of 360 acres of land that features different terrains and areas for people to enjoy such as mud lands, creeks, lakes, sand dunes and scores of riding trails. Other activities that can be enjoyed and experienced in what was once the Dunes Inc. of Forest Hill includes a dedicated drag racing track together with clear lakes and creeks for fishing.

Visitors who would like to spend more time in the recreational park may do so as the park features a designated area for overnight tent camping as well as more than 20 RV slots which is complete with running water and electricity for longer stays at the park.

While there are dozens of things to do in the park, the real attraction is the dirt racing. The park traditionally holds several different competitions each weekend for riders of different skills. Most of the racing events will have a race fee per class.

Admission differs per visitor as well as for the length of the stay in the recreational area. The park is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as all summers unless duly noted.
