The French Quarter Festival is an award winning event that started way back in 1984. It has matured to become one of the biggest music festivals that are for free down South. It is composed of 18 stages all throughout the entire French Quarter. It presents the best when it comes to New Orleans music and it represents every possible genre from the most traditional to the most modern jazz and R&B.

From gospel, classical, operatic and a lot more, you can surely find some musical stage that would fit your kind of music. It has booths for food and drinks that count up to about 65. It also features the World’s Largest Jazz Brunch which is the signature activity of the festival.
