The Grafton Notch State Park is a state park and recreation area in Newry, Maine. It is touted as a “premier recreational destination” in the Mahoosuc Range, known as one of Maine’s most spectacular mountains.

Offering more than three thousand acres, the Grafton Notch State Park is among Maine’s largest state parks. It boasts of rugged terrain perfect for hikers, especially with it being home to 12 of the most challenging miles that run through the Appalachian Trail.
