Maryland Science Center at Inner Harbor in Baltimore is no ordinary science center. Intellectuals and non-intellectuals would find enjoyment in learning new and exciting discoveries about science, thanks to the use of multimedia presentations. At the IMAX Theater, kids and adults learn about hidden mysteries of the earth like Volcanoes in the Deep Sea. At the Observatory, families and friends can enjoy star gazing activities and see the sky in a whole new light.
Exhibits are also a plenty, including but not limited to Dinosaur Mysteries, Newton’s Alley, The Energy Efficient Car, and Kids Room. For more science encounters, you can also check out the Demo Stage, which feature amazing scientific experiments to teach kids about chemical and combustible reactions, inertia, and high voltage electricity.
