Led by future Hall of Famer linebacker Ray Lewis, no other NFL team defends their homefield with such intensity than the Baltimore Ravens. The home wherein they punished many an opponent is the M&T Bank Stadium. Located in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, this multi-purpose stadium has seen several action-packed games between Super Bowl-winning Baltimore Ravens and their opponents. It was built in September 6, 1998 to house the then-two year old Ravens team who moved from Cleveland to Baltimore.

Aside from the Baltimore Ravens, the stadium hosts other sports teams such as the lacrosse team of Johns Hopkins University. It is also the venue of one of the oldest football rivalries in the US, the game between Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Baltimore City College. The stadium also hosts fairs, conventions and concerts.
