The Patapsco Flea Market is one of the most popular and one of the biggest flea markets on the East Coast. It consists of both indoor and outdoor markets on 300,000 square feet of property. It has been serving the community and tourists for 24 years now. Believe it or not, it only started as a single room on 100 square feet of space. Through the years, the flea market has grown by putting up new buildings, more parking spaces and more vendor booths. Bargain hunters and shopaholics will find all sorts of stuff to buy from fresh farm produce, seafood, plants, flowers, perfume, cosmetics, accessories, clothes, bags, shoes and gadgets. It is open on weekends, Saturday to Sunday throughout the year at 8 AM to 5 PM. A fee of 25 cents is a must to enter the market.
